Deep within the Moruga forest, Trinidad in the valley of the 3 hills, lies a great silk cotton tree. The Merikins call it the ‘Linive tree’ because through its large roots you can access anywhere in the known universe. One such place is the realm called ‘Shangola’ home to the descendants of runaway slaves who build a refuge called Canboulay city. But Shangola is also home to many alien creatures some benevolent, while others are malevolent. The Merikin protectors of the forest use O’Tek(Otherworld Technology mistaken for magic), to fend off anything evil coming from Shangola.
